1. No Refund for Completed Digital Services

All payments made for completed digital services or generated outputs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds for Duplicate or Accidental Payments

Refunds are issued only for duplicate or accidental payments with proof. Processing time: 7–14 business days.

3. Cancellation of a Service

Cancellations are allowed only if work has not started and no documents or reports have been generated.

4. Subscription Payments

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles. Current cycle fees are non-refundable.

5. Incorrect or Inaccurate User Data

No refunds for issues caused by user-entered incorrect or incomplete data.

6. Technical Issues

If a system-related issue prevents service use and cannot be resolved, a partial refund or service credit may be offered at our discretion.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
